SALES ENGINEER
Build relationship with existing customers and develop new customers for solar cell products. Identify customers in identifying product specifications to meet their needs. Work with Director, Sales Programs ESC engineers and contract administration to develop appropriate proposals and finalize contracts. Develop and deliver sales presentations and obtain orders; implement marketing strategies; maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical and technical developments. Participate in sales forecasting.
BSEE or Physics; MS preferred.
3 years field sales experience in aerospace industry.
Knowledge of solar cell technical performance and use.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with well-developed presentation skills.
Travel time expected to be 75%.

Dynamic Client is seeking a top notch superstar to drive technical continous yield improvement, troubleshooting and floor device process issues!
Will support of manufacturing goals established within the organization to achieve quality and correct device performance for our customers. Involved with all technical issues related to the wafer process area of the solar cell manufacturing unit. Able to manage technical staff in developing methods and procedures in this environment to facilitate yield/cycle time improvement for the operation. Cost improvement at all levels but especially those areas that affect the performance of the products and the competitive pricing pressures of this market. Directly involved with the process and equipment specifications as they relate to product enhancement and technical transfers into the fabrication area.
Requires 8-12 years experience in high volume manufacturing;
3-5 years of basic technical management of engineering terms;
GaAs/Ge experience preferred. BSEE/Physics, Material Science or Chemical Engineering.
Solid communication and good personnel skills.

Requirements: Identify all potential subcontract choices, research background data, service the operations lead, and follow through with strategies for selected target projects; thorough understanding and master utilization of computer systems and software including MC2; determine direct labor and material cost based on job knowledge, experience, and historical data anticipating possible operations problems; price out and assemble direct cost; prepare list of subcontractors and material suppliers to be solicited for projects; lead the discussions in estimate review meetings; supervise Estimators in the Bid Day activities; assist in the preparation and presentation of business development proposals; develop and analyze value engineering options; make quick and accurate decisions under pressure; train and assist in the development of Estimators; effectively prepare preconstruction and construction schedules; and understand and be able to project the cost associated with general conditions.
